The following letter was written by Yamel Hallman on 9/1/06 and mailed to Kim S. Aydlette, State Director South Carolina Department of Social Services, P.O. Box 1520, Columbia, SC 29202-1520. The letter was an urgent request for help but received no immediate reply. As directed by God Almighty, the letter was posted on the Internet on 10/17/06.
