David J. Stewart

David J. Stewart is a very gifted individual. Without a doubt! I mean, after all, he is a prophet, and his Web site bears it out! Why not check it out… that is if you can take the heat:

What a scorcher of a Web site! However, all is not well with David J. Stewart, and that’s what this expose’ is all about. In fact ‘Brother’ Stewart has a very serious problem with his neck… and the following is only a sample of what he’s had to say about it (http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Testimonies/no_one_knows_your_pain.htm):

“In March of 2004, I began to experience pain in my neck in the back of the lower neck, where the bone is located. The pain persisted. When the pain hadn't gone away after two weeks, I knew something was wrong. My neck was also VERY tense 24/7. I had NEVER experienced anything like this before… I finally had neck surgery in July of 2009. Unfortunately I've had ZERO improvement as far as pain relief and tension in my neck… The bony area of the back of my neck feels like it's ready to burst all the time, from within. I'm suffering in so much pain, even with the medications.”

So, now that you’ve been shown ‘Brother’ Stewart’s physical problem, please allow me to show you (from God’s Holy Word) the spiritual problem that caused it:

The yoke of my transgressions is bound by his hand: they are wreathed, and come up upon my neck: he hath made my strength to fall, the Lord hath delivered me into their hands, from whom I am not able to rise up.” (Lamentations 1:14 KJV)

That’s what “thus saith the Lord” about ‘Brother’ Stewart’s neck problem. And the following is a picture of the typical “yoke” that fits around the neck at the base of the skull (in the same location that ‘Brother’ Stewart is experiencing all of his pain):

Yoke

That’s a yoke, and this is what Webster’s 1828 Dictionary has to say about it:

Yoke, n. [G., L., Gr.]
1. A piece of timber, hollowed or made curving near each end, and fitted with bows for receiving the necks of oxen; by which means two are connected for drawing. From a ring or hook in the bow, a chain extends to the thing to be drawn, or to the yoke of another pair of oxen behind.
2. A mark of servitude; slavery; bondage.

So, are you starting to see a clear picture of ‘Brother’ Stewart’s neck problem in Lamentations 1:14? Well, let me help you out. In general terms the word “transgression” means “sin, revolt, or rebellion”. And with that in mind, we have the following simplified version of God’s Word to ‘Brother’ Stewart: “The yoke of ‘Brother’ Stewart’s sin is come up upon his neck.

And, taking it one step further, this is what Matthew Henry had to say about it:

God is said to bind this yoke when he charges guilt upon us, and brings us into those inward and outward troubles which our sins have deserved; when conscience, as his deputy, binds us over to his judgment, then the yoke is bound and wreathed by the hand of his justice, and nothing but the hand of his pardoning mercy will unbind it.” (Matthew Henry’s Commentary On The Whole Bible)

‘Brother’ Stewart – a professing follower of Jesus Christ – has got a BIG problem with “sin”, and the root of his problem can be found in the following excerpt from his article “What is Biblical Repentance?” (http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/Believer's%20Corner/Doctrines/repentance.htm):

The Word of God does NOT teach that we must give up our sins to be saved. If this were true, then no one could be saved because we are all sinners incapable of ceasing from sin. Even the best of Christians still commit sin! Believers shouldn't commit any sins; but the fact of the matter is that we all do. So how can you tell an unsaved person to give up their sins to be saved?”

As I mentioned, there is a woeful misunderstanding about repentance circulating in our churches today. Again, Acts 11:21 states, "And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord." Biblical repentance is TURNING to Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of our sins. It is a change of mind. Mark 1:15 proclaims, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel." Notice here that repentance led to believing the gospel — NO mention is made about making a commitment to God or forsaking sins.”

So did you get that? ‘Brother’ Stewart said, “The Word of God does NOT teach that we must give up our sins to be saved… NO mention is made about making a commitment to God or forsaking sins.” In fact ‘Brother’ Stewart blasted Jack Chick on his Web site for including “repentance” in his Chick Tracts. ‘Brother’ Stewart’s article is “When Gospel Tracts Kill” (http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/False%20Doctrines/Lordship%20Salvation/bad_tracts.htm), and the following is his example of one such tract that he says will damn souls to Hell:

Chick Tract

Can you believe such a diabolical diatribe would come from ‘Brother’ Stewart who is a professing Christian? Talk about a lie from the Devil! I mean, what about Matthew chapter 3, ‘Brother’ Stewart?

In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. For this is he that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight. And the same John had his raiment of camel's hair, and a leathern girdle about his loins; and his meat was locusts and wild honey. Then went out to him Jerusalem, and all Judaea, and all the region round about Jordan, And were baptized of him in Jordan, confessing their sins… I [John the Baptist] indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire: Whose fan is in his hand, and he will throughly purge his floor, and gather his wheat into the garner; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” (Matthew 3:1-8, 11-12 KJV)

As it is clearly laid out in the Gospel of Matthew, the first step in receiving salvation – gaining entrance into the Kingdom of Heaven – is the “confession” of one’s sins that’s resulted from a true “repentance” for one’s sinning. “Repentance” is what you might want to call being dead serious about “sinning no more”. Because you see for all those like ‘Brother’ Stewart, who think they can bypass this very important step of “repentance”, the following will become reality at some point in time in their Christian walk:

But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out.” (Numbers 32:23 KJV)

“Repentance” is the first step of salvation, and absolutely necessary for preparing the Believer for step number two: “He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.” I mean it’s a certainty that all those like ‘Brother’ Stewart, who think they can bypass this very important step of “repentance”, will at some point in time reject the Will of the Father and thereby avoid the “baptism by fire” whenever the Holy Spirit attempts to deal with some of their sins.

David J. Stewart has a few “pet sins” that he’s not been willing to get rid of because he wasn’t willing to “repent” of them in the first place… and his neck is feeling the yoke!

And having said that, let’s get back to the opening Scripture for this expose’:

But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.” (1 Corinthians 9:27 KJV)

There is no doubting the fact that David J. Stewart has sunk deep in sin. And even though it’s hard to believe that he could do such a thing, after having preached so strongly on “Jesus-Is-Savior.com”, the evidence is very compelling. Check it out for yourself:

So, the bottom line is “How Do You Want Your Fire, ‘Brother’ Stewart…Now Or Later?”

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” (Matthew 7:21-23 KJV)
