JSM Notice

The following letter-form was brought about as a means of teaching my children the Word of God through the mail. And of course, quite naturally so, that’s the reason I begin these letters with "Dear Children" and end them with "Love Dad". So for the rest of you who participate in these weekly messages, please keep their original intended purpose in mind.

Print/PDF8 April, 2012

Dear Children,

It’s been twenty-eight (28) years since I gave my life to the Lord through the ministry of Jimmy Swaggart. And it was likewise twenty-eight (28) years ago that the Lord instructed me to support the ministry of Jimmy Swaggart and learn from his teachings. And the most important thing that I’ve learned from Jimmy Swaggart’s teachings during these past twenty-eight (28) years is how to “walk in the Spirit”:

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:1-2 KJV)

I praise God that Jimmy Swaggart showed me how to do it, while at the same time I mourn the reality that he has forgotten how (?) to do it himself! In fact it was on the 30th of December 2001 that we published our very first sermonet – “Jimmy Swaggart And The Accursed!” – in obedience to the Lord in His efforts to get Jimmy Swaggart back on the straight and narrow pathway and “walking in the Spirit”.

So it was over ten (10) years ago that we started trying to teach Jimmy Swaggart the “how to” of walking in the Spirit, but yet he just hasn’t been any too willing to listen! Not to me, anyway. Because you see I’m just another one of those “false prophets” to him. I mean, after all, he doesn’t want to hear what “thus saith the Lord” through me.

And having said all that, we can now get into the meat of the message. Because as the Good Lord would have it, we’re going to entitle today’s sermonet “Jimmy Swaggart And His Lying Prophets!” Because you see it was during last night’s Jimmy Swaggart Easter Campmeeting service that one of his “lying prophets” said exactly what Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry wanted to hear.

However, before I give you all the nitty-gritty details of what actually took place last night, please allow me to set the stage through the following God-chosen Scripture. And just in case you might have forgotten, it was in our tenth (#10) Jimmy Swaggart sermonet – “Jimmy Swaggart REJECTS The Cross Of Christ!” – that we uncovered the amazing similarity between the marriages of “Jimmy and Frances” and “Ahab and Jezebel”.

So with “Jimmy and Ahab” in mind, here’s God’s chosen Scripture for today:

Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said unto them, Shall I go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear? And they said, Go up; for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king.

And Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD besides, that we might enquire of him? And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, There is yet one man, Micaiah the son of Imlah, by whom we may enquire of the LORD: but I hate him; for he doth not prophesy good concerning me, but evil. And Jehoshaphat said, Let not the king say so.

Then the king of Israel called an officer, and said, Hasten hither Micaiah the son of Imlah. And the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah sat each on his throne, having put on their robes, in a void place in the entrance of the gate of Samaria; and all the prophets prophesied before them.

And Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made him horns of iron: and he said, Thus saith the LORD, With these shalt thou push the Syrians, until thou have consumed them. And all the prophets prophesied so, saying, Go up to Ramothgilead, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the king's hand. And the messenger that was gone to call Micaiah spake unto him, saying,

Behold now, the words of the prophets declare good unto the king with one mouth: let thy word, I pray thee, be like the word of one of them, and speak that which is good. And Micaiah said, As the LORD liveth, what the LORD saith unto me, that will I speak.

So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the LORD shall deliver it into the hand of the king. And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the LORD? And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd: and the LORD said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace.

And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would prophesy no good concerning me, but evil?” (1 Kings 22:6-18 KJV)

Now I fully realize those twelve (12) verses was a bit much for one reading, so I’ll try and give a brief overview of just what it was all about.

You see Ahab was “the worst” king that Israel ever had. And of course the reason he was “the worst” was because he consistently walked “in the flesh” instead of “the Spirit”. He liked to do things his way and not God’s way, and that’s the very good reason he had his four hundred (400) “lying prophets” to back him up.

So anyway, there came a day when Ahab (not God) decided to go to battle, and he called up his good friend Jehoshaphat (the king of Judah) to go along with him. But yet there was just one small problem that Ahab had to deal with. You see his friend, Jehoshaphat, tried pretty hard to always do what God would have him to do. And of course that’s where this “good” prophet, Micaiah, comes into play.

You see Jehoshaphat wanted to know if it was really and truly God’s Will that they go to battle. And seeing how he really didn’t trust Ahab’s “lying prophets”, (the ones that always said what Ahab wanted to hear), he asked for “another opinion” which just so happened to be Micaiah.

Now, on his way to see the king, Micaiah was thoroughly briefed on exactly what he was to say in response to the king’s question. So in a mocking sort of way, Micaiah said exactly what he had been told to say until the king demanded that he speak what “thus saith the Lord”. And the Word that he spoke, which King Ahab really did not want to hear, was that Ahab would die in battle if he chose to fight this war!

And continuing on with the story:

And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the LORD: I saw the LORD sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the LORD said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead?

And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

Now therefore, behold, the LORD hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the LORD hath spoken evil concerning thee. But Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah went near, and smote Micaiah on the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the LORD from me to speak unto thee?

And Micaiah said, Behold, thou shalt see in that day, when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide thyself. And the king of Israel said, Take Micaiah, and carry him back unto Amon the governor of the city, and to Joash the king's son; And say, Thus saith the king, Put this fellow in the prison, and feed him with bread of affliction and with water of affliction, until I come in peace. And Micaiah said, If thou return at all in peace, the LORD hath not spoken by me. And he said, Hearken, O people, every one of you.” (1 Kings 22:19-28 KJV)

Now what we’ve just read is what took place after Micaiah dropped the bomb on Ahab by telling him that he’s “dead meat” if he chooses to go on into battle.

In fact Micaiah even gives King Ahab all the deadly details of how Almighty God actually sent out a “lying spirit” so that Ahab’s “lying prophets” could convince him that going into battle was the right thing to do. I mean, after all, if you really and truly want to believe in a lie, the Lord God Almighty will certainly help you do it. And that’s exactly what happened: Ahab believed in the lies that his “lying prophets” received from a spirit sent from God!

But anyway, Micaiah’s truth gets rejected and he ends up in the poky eating molded bread and drinking muddy water. The life of a true prophet!

And continuing on with the story:

So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat the king of Judah went up to Ramothgilead. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, I will disguise myself, and enter into the battle; but put thou on thy robes.

And the king of Israel disguised himself, and went into the battle. But the king of Syria commanded his thirty and two captains that had rule over his chariots, saying, “Fight neither with small nor great, save only with the king of Israel.”

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots saw Jehoshaphat, that they said, “Surely it is the king of Israel.” And they turned aside to fight against him: and Jehoshaphat cried out.

And it came to pass, when the captains of the chariots perceived that it was not the king of Israel, that they turned back from pursuing him.

And a certain man drew a bow at a venture, and smote the king of Israel between the joints of the harness: wherefore he said unto the driver of his chariot, “Turn thine hand, and carry me out of the host; for I am wounded.

And the battle increased that day: and the king was stayed up in his chariot against the Syrians, and died at even: and the blood ran out of the wound into the midst of the chariot.

And there went a proclamation throughout the host about the going down of the sun, saying, “Every man to his city, and every man to his own country.” So the king died, and was brought to Samaria; and they buried the king in Samaria.

And one washed the chariot in the pool of Samaria; and the dogs licked up his blood; and they washed his armour; according unto the word of the LORD which he spake.” (1 Kings 22:29-38 KJV)

Ira GautierThere you have it! Micaiah was vindicated – (his Word was truth) – but Ahab had to lose his life in the process! So Ahab believed in the “lying prophets” and Ahab died just as the “true prophet” had foretold. And the dogs licked up his blood from his chariot.

And with all that in mind, it’s time to turn our attention to Jimmy Swaggart. Because you see it was sometime in March of last year (2011) that the Lord spoke a Word at one of Jimmy Swaggart’s services, and He did it through one of Jimmy Swaggart’s own employees, but yet Jimmy Swaggart did not receive it very well!

You see her name is Ira Gautier, and she spoke a Word in tongues that was immediately interpreted by yet another Sister into the following message:

Hear ye the word of the Lord! I am mighty in your midst and fear not, for I am with you. But there is sin in the camp! There is sin in the camp! I am zealous for my house, says the Lord. I am zealous for my house, says the Lord. I will drive out the money changers. I will drive out the money changers from before you, says the Lord.
Those that line their pockets from my people, I will drive them out from before you! Remember Ananias and Saphira! Remember them! They tried to deceive the apostles! They tried to deceive my people! They fell dead because Satan entered their hearts and they said that which was good was what they have done in their hearts. They allowed the enemy to fill their hearts.
Beware of those who seduce you, says the Lord! I will open up your eyes and you will see them! And they will fall before your feet, says the Lord, as Ananias and Saphira. Beware of the seducing spirits that point to those things of this earth.
Lay not your treasures up on this earth, says the Lord. I have called you to lay treasures up in Heaven.
Beware! I will pour out of My Spirit. Your sons and daughters shall prophesy. Your young men shall see visions. Your old men shall dream dreams. Upon my servant and my handmaidens I will pour out of My Spirit, says the Lord, and they shall prophesy.
Beware, says the Lord, for these days are wicked! Remember! Remember my Word. Remember my covenant, and the blood that was shed for you. I have called you to repentance and I’ve given you that time. Now is the time that I will move by My Spirit, says the Lord.

Now was that a hot one or what? I mean my knees start knocking just thinking about the implications of that one. Because you see “there is sin in the camp” was exactly what our first sermonet – “Jimmy Swaggart And The Accursed!” – was all about!

And then there was the part about “the money changers that line their pockets from God’s people” which was what our expose’ – “Jimmy Swaggart And The Widow’s Mites!” was all about!

And then there was the part about “Ananias and Saphira”, and “they will fall before your feet”, which takes me back to my real life testimony of “Frank Gomez – DOA!” You see I actually had to watch a “Christian” Brother drop into Hell and die… and all because he tried to use the Holy Spirit in his “Christian” con game to take money from a Brother (me)!

In fact it was after having experienced such a horrible tragedy that the Lord instructed me to warn the Christians not to play around with God… because He’s nobody to play with! And then He continued on by promising me that I would see many more “Christians” drop into Hell before it’s over with… and all for the very same reason as Frank - they would try to use the Holy Spirit for their own “fleshly” gain!

So that was a Word from God to Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry. There is no doubt about it in my mind!

But get this! To add insult to injury, the Lord God Almighty even used the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries’ employee who works in “Donor Services” and is in charge of the “FWC Book Store” – Ira Gautier – to speak that powerful Word of correction to Jimmy Swaggart. You know, the same “Donar Services” that takes in the cash that God’s people donate to Jimmy Swaggart’s Ministry that lines somebody’s pocket! In fact Ira Gautier was even one of the fabulous five (5) that God Almighty chose to call out in our sermonet “Jimmy Swaggart And The Accursed!” What a bust!

But that’s not all! Jimmy Swaggart apparently regarded the Sister who interpreted what Ira Gautier spoke in tongues in much the same manner as Ahab did Micaiah (he didn’t like what was said).

Because you see it was ten (10) days later, during his Wednesday night’s televised message, that Jimmy Swaggart taught on “speaking in tongues and the interpretation thereof”. In fact it was during that monumental thirty (30) minute dissertation on “tongue talking” that Jimmy Swaggart made the following concise statement (in so many words) on how to determine whether the Word in tongues is actually from God or not: “If it don’t feel good, then it aint from God!

So what in the round world was Jimmy Swaggart thinking about? If it don’t feel good it’s not from God??? Doesn’t Jimmy Swaggart know his Scriptures!!!

God’s Word is a double-edged sword!!! It cuts deep into the flesh, and most often hurts really, really bad!!!

But anyway, getting back to the thirty (30) minute dissertation on “tongue talking “ that interrupted Jimmy Swaggart’s normally scheduled teaching series on Revelation, it was abundantly clear that what he was saying was in direct opposition to what the courageous Sister had prophesied during a previous Sunday service.

In other words, Jimmy Swaggart was warning his congregation (in general), and the so-called guilty Sister (in particular), that they had better say “pretty things” when they’re speaking for God at his service, or don’t get up to speak at all! I mean, after all, what will his worldwide television audience have to say when harsh words of correction are spoken toward Jimmy Swaggart? It could definitely hurt his ratings!

So, that’s what took place one year ago. Now fast forward it to Saturday night 2012 Easter Campmeeting services at Jimmy Swaggart Ministries. Because the following so-called prophetic word is what the real “lying prophet” – Gerald Moreno – spoke to Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry through his “tongues and interpretation” (he did both):

- JSM Lying Tongues -
(Download MP3)

Gerald Moreno      “The man with the line in his hand has been leading you the church and this ministry. Though the religious world thought you were dead, I am the resurrection and the life,” says the Lord.
“I have lifted you up,” says God. “The man with the line in his hand has led you through a progression,” says God. “I have told you, as I led you through the water, to start the radio station so man could hear and man could have faith that they may know I am alive for evermore,” says the Lord.
“And now I am leading you,” says God, “to deeper waters,” says the Lord. “I have even told you to open up for others to see through the telecast around the world. It is another progression,” says the Lord. “It is the man with the line in his hand. He is guiding you,” says God. “But now I am going to lead you to deeper waters,” says the Lord.
“The church will live again,” says God.
“Through my power… (Jimmy Swaggart shouts and speaks in tongues)
“He who is athirst, let him drink and I will fill him and he shall thirst no more,” says God. “It is beginning to rain,” says the Lord.

Well, that’s what “Prophet Moreno” had to say about Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry. A whole bunch of flesh was what it was! In fact it was a few years back, when I first had the displeasure of seeing “Prophet Moreno” perform at JSM, that I instantly detected a snake in his woodpile. But then the longer I watched his performances it became abundantly obvious that he always gave the interpretations of his own “tongues” before anybody else could do it. In other words, “Prophet Moreno” made sure he got an “atta boy” for speaking what Jimmy Swaggart wanted to hear.

But anyway, getting back to this so-called prophetic word that “Prophet Moreno” spoke, do you remember that “lying spirit” that God sent down to speak through Ahab’s “false prophets” to convince him to go into the battle that would take his life? Well, Déjà vu is about to take place! And even though I do not know exactly what is about to happen with Jimmy Swaggart and his ministry, I do know that an “Ahab” is in the works, and it’s not going to be pretty!

What a lying spirit… and it came out of the mouth of “Prophet Moreno”! I mean Jimmy Swaggart never even completed his “swimming lessons” in the shallow water of SonLife Radio. He gave it a minimal amount of effort and moved on to his pursuit of the worldwide big screen – SonLife Broadcasting Network. Jimmy Swaggart wants to be “the televangelist of the world” so that all the people can see his face… but he’s getting into water that’s way over his head! Read the facts for yourself: “Jimmy Swaggart’s SonLife Radio Made A Liar Out Of God!

So the bottom line is that Jimmy Swaggart is in a heap of trouble! And we’ll just have to wait and see how big that heap actually is. But there is one thing for sure: Jimmy Swaggart no longer has ears to hear what “the Spirit saith unto the churches”! (Read all about it in our most recent expose’ “‘Jimmy Swaggart Ministries’ – Three Words That Curse God’s Name!”)

What a mess! Don’t be like Jimmy Swaggart! Walk in the Spirit, and “keep on keeping the faith in Jesus!!!

Love,

Dad (Bruce Hallman)
